New Resiliency Strategies for 2019

How to Prevent Holiday Blues

HolidayCheerAmbassadorWe’ve all heard that the holiday season and winter in general can be a difficult time for many.  With 1/4 Canadians dealing with mental health issues we must not wait to react but rather we need opportunities to be preventative in our approach.  This season we are launching the hashtag #HolidayCheerAmbassador to help you share your stories of those who inspire you and help you to have hope during the holiday season.

Use the hashtag #HolidayCheerAmbassador and help us share stories, pictures and videos that can inspire us, demonstrate innovative solutions or simply remind us of the beauty that is all around us. We will check out all the stories you share and will feature our favourites right here on Worldviews Project!  Help us combat holiday blues by sharing stories that help us all to refocus on the positive!

Need some inspiration? Check out the stories we’ve shared on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram!
